What this site collects
The project form asks for a business name, business type, your preferred contact method, contact details and an optional message. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
When information is sent
In brief-only mode, your details remain in this browser tab unless you copy or download them yourself. When online delivery is enabled, submitting the form sends your details to the configured GetFound recipient through Resend. Only an accepted delivery request is shown as sent.
Browser storage
Session storage keeps an unfinished brief in the current tab. “Clear draft” removes it. Browser session restoration may restore a draft. Language and theme preferences are stored separately in local storage. No advertising cookies or analytics are included by default.
Hosting and spam protection
The hosting provider processes technical request data. If the operator enables Cloudflare Turnstile, it processes a verification challenge. If a rate-limiting service is enabled, the site stores a short-lived hash of the IP address, not the address itself, for abuse prevention.
Retention and requests
Contact information sent by email remains in the operator’s mailbox and delivery service until deleted under the operator’s retention policy. To request access, correction or deletion, use the same verified contact channel through which you reached GetFound.
Before a production launch
The operator must publish its legal identity, contact details, retention period and applicable arrangements for service providers. This baseline notice is not a substitute for a review of the actual business and data practices.
